Job Details

Following a promotion of the current post holder 1 x fixed term 6-month vacancy has arisen within the Financial Support Services Team, Finance Directorate. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic self-motivated individual to take this role on,                        

Significant office experience is necessary with an understanding of financial issues and procedures, and a flexible approach.

The post will also involve working on the mobile phone contract and processing the following:

Applications for staff loans, petty cash claims, cheque stops, cancellations and replacements, archiving boxes and purchase order requests.

You will need excellent customer care skills and be able to use new technology to enter data accurately and quickly.
