Senior Benefits Officer
The Benefits Service is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced person to support the Assessment Team Leaders in the management and monitoring of performance of a team of Benefits Officers. With duties ranging from allocating work efficiently and appropriately to achieve Service goals, quality checking the output of the officers and resolving complex queries, the role will suit an organised, knowledgeable person with a solid background in the assessment of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support.
