NYCC are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst based in Scarborough to join their growing Technology & Change department on permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking and dynamic department who play a fundamental role within North Yorkshire County Council.
As a Desktop Support Analyst based in Scarborough, you will complete service requests alongside other team members, assist with technical matters relating to IT equipment and performing hardware and software installations.
You will be proactive in identifying service improvements to increase customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement within the desktop environment, suggesting pragmatic solutions to the appropriate person.
You will follow the quality assurance incident resolution process and assist with the implementation of any service improvement identified, perform hardware and software installations as necessary and act as a point of escalation for junior team members with technical issues requiring further assistance.
