Camden draws on workforce data to inform its operations and HR activities. As an HR Analyst, you will be integral to this capability in providing accurate HR data to stakeholders, helping to identify organisational trends and contributing to the ongoing development of Camden’s workforce reporting capability.

You will produce management information, drawing data from relevant systems to inform management reports, decision-making and HR programming. You will be required to create and run regular reports and incorporate them into the relevant reporting tool (e.g. Qlikview), in the process monitoring data quality and flagging issues where necessary. Ad hoc reporting requirements are common so experience of managing conflicting needs and prioritising appropriately is important.

In this role you will have exposure to the full span of workforce reporting activity, gaining insights which offer plenty of scope to make impacts and develop your career in an increasingly important area of HR activity.

To be successful, you will be comfortable working with large and varied data sets extracted from IT systems, with experience of HR systems (especially Oracle) an advantage. You will have advanced Excel skills and deploy them to efficiently deliver accurate reports and present data in clear, impactful ways. An analytical mind-set is essential, while the ability to generate insights from data and make informed recommendations would be an advantage, though this is something we would also look to develop in the right candidate. An exceptional eye for detail to uphold accuracy and knowledge of the principles of data protection to ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately is also desirable but not essential.
