Ealing is one of the largest and most diverse London boroughs. With fantastic potential for growth within the borough, there is so much to explore and develop. Through our Future Ealing programme, we have set an ambitious vision for the borough. This is a great time to join a progressive London borough that is changing and to help us pit in place the plans to deliver on that vision.

We’re looking for a strategist who can also drive delivery. A creative thinker with fresh ideas and different approaches. As Head of Strategy, Performance & Intelligence, you’ll turn our information and business intelligence into insights that enable us to deliver meaningful performance information across the Council. We need someone who can do more than just numbers, who can provide quality data and maximising information and performance data to help with strategic corporate planning and service delivery.

You’ll be a strong corporate player, who is adept at supplying and understanding data at a strategic level, who can confidently work with large stakeholders internally and externally while playing a big part in working together to transform the way that the council delivers local services, so we can secure their future sustainability and make Ealing a better place to live.
