Willow Bank is looking to appoint a fixed term Well Being Coach until 31st July 2020 to join part of our school team to continue on our journey to success and help drive our mission forward, removing barriers for all and ensuring our children access the education they deserve.

We are looking for someone with a particular passion for supporting children to access education by helping remove any barriers to learning.  We are particularly interested to hear from candidates with experience of working with children to improve self-esteem and confidence and working with children with behavioural or emotional difficulties to ensure they reach their full potential.

In return, our staff receive 3 extra paid well-being days per year, an extensive CPD offer, amazing development opportunities and a chance to make a real difference in a supportive and happy environment.

The start date will be as soon as possible according to the successful candidate’s current position and the appropriate checks being made. The post will initially be based at Willow Bank Primary School for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

The successful candidate must be qualified ideally with a learning mentor’s qualification or similar with experience of delivering therapeutic programmes.
