Job Details
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated individual who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills. This is extremely important, as this role provides customer service and administrative support to services within the Public Places Directorate, which are supported from Freighter House. In order to assist with the effective delivery of these services we are looking for candidates with a proven track record in similar work with expertise and experience in spreadsheets and databases and to provide a high quality of service to deal with all customer enquiries by email, letter and phone. Numeracy and literacy skills are vitally important to these roles.
