This post is a 6 month fixed term contract.

We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our team on a 6-month fixed term contract to support us with completing outstanding annual reviews of care and support plans across Wednesbury and West Bromwich area.

Previous experience of working with adults over 18 with a variety of needs in a social care setting would be required, along with good communication skills, both verbal and written, and computer inputting skills required, with experience of Liquid Logic computer systems would be an asset.

Hours

37 hours per week
