We are recruiting to an Estate Services Officer post in Estate Services, located in the department of Housing and Regeneration. The duties of the post include being the first point of contact for council tenants and leaseholders, raising communal repair orders to contractors and assisting with cleaning and maintenance enquiries. The role also includes assisting our non residential department offer void garage and store sheds for rental and raise repair orders on the same

We are a small friendly team working out of the same office with no current requirement to hot desk.

You will need a calm personality as some telephone enquires from the public can be confrontational. You must also be able to prioritise a heavy workload which changes regularly. It is essential that you have experience using computers however training will be giving on our internal procedures and programmes.
