Asset Management Officer
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to make a real difference to the lives Redbridge Housing residents
As our Asset Management Officer, you will support managers and staff in delivery our repairs and maintenance program of works
You will need to have a genuine passion and interest in what we do as an organisation and a demonstrable track record of administration and business support within a housing or customer focused environment.
To help us deliver an excellent service to our residents you must have a proven track record in the following:
- Good IT skills, especially in Excel and Word
- Ability to undertake work effectively in a busy office environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Ability to understand specifications and scope of works
We are busy team and you need to be very organised and be able to work as part of our team, as well as independently.
This is a broad role and will involve supporting the Maintenance Services Manager and working closely with the Asset Management officers. You may also be dealing directly with residents.
You will need good literacy and numerical skills, and being able to clearly demonstrate the values of our organisation.
