Project Manager - Customer Transformation
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Council’s emerging transformation programme. The Council faces tough financial challenges over the coming years and we need to make radical changes to what we deliver and how we do it. The transformation and change team are supporting our Corporate Leadership Team to develop creative, innovative ways to adapt our services to best meet the outcomes that are important to our residents. The programme spans a wide range of services and its complexity requires a high level of stakeholder management and a firm grip on individual projects. The level of change required and the pace with which it needs to be delivered requires the ability to steer all parties through unprecedented challenges.
Working alongside the Programme Manager, you will provide effective project management to help develop and deliver a portfolio of digital and customer journey change projects. You will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have demonstrable project management experience involving delivering customer journey improvements. Ideally, you’ll have experience of using both agile and waterfall techniques and undertaking user research.
