As a Council Tax Officer, you will work as part of a team responsible for maintaining accurate Council Tax accounts, and ensuring timely billing, collection and recovery, in turn maximising revenue collection for our client Councils.
Whilst experience would be beneficial, this is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates should note that whilst there is a choice of Manby or Spalding as a work base location, all training will take place at Manby.

The ability to interpret information, with attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with high standards of customer care.
