Job Details
We are looking for two experienced officers to support the Control Team Leader in delivering accurate subsidy claim returns and financial reconciliations and system support for the Capita Revenues and Benefits system.
The Financial Senior Control Officer will be responsible for compiling and submitting Chelmsford’s annual housing benefit subsidy claim and any other financial returns required from a combined Revenues and Benefits service. The role also involves managing the work of an officer responsible for internal financial reconciliations.
The Systems Senior Control Officer will be responsible for managing the work of two officers delivering support to Revenues and Benefits staff, testing new releases and ensuring that day to day systems maintenance and reporting tasks are carried out in a timely and appropriate manner.
