About Us:

PSPS is a Local Authority Trading Company (LATCo) owned by East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council, with main offices in both Spalding and Manby. Corporate Support Assistant:

The Corporate Support Assistant will provide a range of administrative support services for the company. Based within the Corporate Support team, the assistant will support with: performance management and reporting, business management and compliance, internal communications, and transformation. There will also be opportunities to work with and support other services within the company, providing the successful candidate a role with variety and interest.

About You:

You will be an enthusiastic person, willing to tackle new challenges in a flexible and positive way. You should have previous experience of working in an administrative role, although this does not have to have been in local government and training will be provided on our processes. You will need to demonstrate a desire to continue to work in an administrative environment, and you will need to be confident in dealing with colleagues and customers.
