ACL are currently seeking to appoint a Sessional Learning Support Assistant on an 'as and when' basis, term time only


Days that are needed for this academic year are listed below and all hours will be discussed and confirmed at interview.


* Wednesday 5 hours between 10.00 - 3.15
* Friday hours between 10.00 - 3pm hours 4:30
* Monday Tuesday and Wednesday sessions may be available for this academic year as well


Hours will be variable according to curriculum needs.


The successful candidate may be required to work daytimes, 1 evening and/or Saturdays.

The role is to provide classroom support to adult learners with a wide range of difficulties and disabilities in classes across all curriculum areas.
Required for the following areas:

South 1 x ACL Brentwood

Requirements;


* English and Maths qualifications at NQF level 2/GCSE equivalent
* Experience of a support role with Adults/Children within an educational setting.
* Be enthusiastic, proactive and committed to high standards of achievement and behaviour. Have a flexible and supportive approach to changing demands. Be able to work effectively as part of a team.

All interview for position will be held at ACL Brentwood on the Monday 23th September 2019
