An opportunity has arisen for a hard working, committed and flexible individual to take on the management of the Community Services Team at the City of Lincoln Council.

The post-holders main duties and responsibilities will be to work within the corporate management framework and under the general direction of the Assistant Director, to manage, co-ordinate, plan, develop and be accountable for the provision of the following services:-

Grounds maintenance and open space management (including arboriculture, play areas, formal horticulture, nature conservation, country parks, and allotment services), refuse collection, recycling, green waste, street cleansing, public conveniences, waste enforcement, street furniture, street name plates, bus shelters, public art, war memorials, ancient monuments, public lighting, the CCTV system, Hartsholme caravan site and the "Emergency Out-of-hours" call out service.
