We are holding a recruitment event on Monday 7th October 2019 at County Hall in Chelmsford, with a focus on current and upcoming vacancies, including business support assistants, customer specialists' level 2 and customer specialists' level 3, with salaries ranging from £17,675 to £22,220 per annum.
We are looking for people who have excellent and proven customer service skills with a natural flare for problem solving. You will enjoy being logical and inquisitive in nature with the ability to work within pressurised environments, so you will need the necessary skills to manage your workload effectively.

As part of employment with Essex County Council (ECC) should your role require a DBS check you will be required to register with the DBS update service. The DBS update service ensures all registered DBS certificates are kept up to date and allows authorised parties to view the status of your certificate. This is an annual subscription and you will be responsible for ensuring this is maintained.
