Job Details
Chelmsford City Theatres is recruiting Front of House staff to work during its busy Panto season. The highlight of our theatre programme, every winter the Theatre welcomes thousands of people through its doors to enjoy its family Pantomime, as well as, live events and film screenings. We believe that every visit to our Theatre, be it the first time or the 100th should feel special and our talented Front of House staff are the key to this.
As part of the Front of House team you will be the welcoming face to the Theatre. Working in a fast-paced environment, as part of a diverse team you will offer the highest levels of customer service to all of our patrons. No two days will be the same, as you work across a variety of roles including, merchandise selling, ushering and bar in two different theatre spaces. This includes the main Civic Theatre and the smaller studio, The Cramphorn Theatre and Picturehouse Cinema.
You must be able to work throughout the festive period from 30th November to Sun 5th January and specifically on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
