The post holder will be based in the Woolwich Centre. You will work closely with the Service Manager/Development Manager in the delivery of the service for people with Learning Disabilities in Registered and Supported Living accommodation across the Royal Borough of Greenwich.

The successful post-holder will need to excellent administrative skills and experience. They must have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.     

Office Administrator you will be responsible:

  • For being first point of contact for all enquires Liaising with members of the team to communicate accurately all enquires. 



  • Organizing meeting rooms.


  •  Assisting with general administration to support Service. Manager/Development Manager as much as possible.



  • Responsibility for the database, ensuring all records are up to date and accurate.
  • Collating and preparing monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work with initiative.
  • Advanced I.T skills.

You will need:

  • Professional telephone and email correspondence manner


  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to successfully multi-task.
