The Strategic HR and OD team are offering opportunities for talented individuals who can help to shape the HR Advisory service for the two councils, which is returning to an in-house service from an outsourced provider. The successful candidates will work closely with the Strategic HR and OD Business Partners to create and implement a service which is customer focused, highly credible and efficient.
The successful candidates will have the chance to be involved in a range of projects covering pay and reward, digital HR systems, cultural change, employee engagement, and building skills and capacity across the two councils.
All roles in the team will contribute to creating and embedding HR and OD practices which help our managers to lead, motivate and reward their teams, and enable our staff to do their best work.
We are looking for highly organised individuals who can create pragmatic solutions and offer sound advice. You will be fully CIPD qualified, able to demonstrate previous HR Advisory experience, a good knowledge of employment law and the ability to manage employee relations cases, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and awareness of organisational development and cultural change principles. Your natural drive, resilience and determination will help you succeed with us.
