Learning Support Practitioner – All Saint CofE Primary School

Fixed Term until 20th July 2020 

All Saints C of E Primary School are looking for an LSP to support special educational learning needs in upper key stage 2 initially until July 2020.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience of supporting and assisting pupils with special educational needs
• Have a good understanding reading and phonics development 
• Have a good understanding of adapting methods and resources to support children with SEN 
• Able to work to programmes and to an EHCP as well as use own initiative
• Able to work with speech and further language development programs of work. 
• Commitment to promoting pupil’s personal development and independence 
• Have a commitment to working in teams and sharing good practice
• Have a commitment to maintaining our positive ethos and values
• Be patient, organised, and creative
• Be able to interact and communicate well with young people
• Be able to demonstrate their own high standards and family values
