A rare opportunity has arisen to join the Multi Academy Trust Network Services Team, based at Harrogate Grammar School. Enthusiastic and hardworking, the successful candidate, will be part of a committed team providing Network, IT, helpdesk, drop-in support to over 2000 users, inclusive of both students and staff, across a diverse range of systems and platforms. You will also have specific responsibilities for some key areas of the network including server management and security.
You will be familiar with Windows, iOS or OSX operating systems, ideally across large and complex networks. You will be involved with the management and maintenance of systems including SQL Server, Office 365, SCCM, Jamf, Intune, Azure and vSphere. Knowledge of Active Directory, server OS, wireless networking, iPad technology, switching infrastructure, and experience in dealing with customers in a support desk environment would be a distinct advantage. Above all, you will have a willingness to learn and be committed to providing first-class customer support whilst consistently representing our school’s REACH values to all colleagues and students.
The service you provide will be instrumental in the support of the outstanding teaching and learning experience for all our students, improve the efficiency of our administrative services both internally and to our students and parents, and ensure the efficient running of all back-office services that contribute to the delivery of a successful school.
