Due to the resignation of the Head of Early Years we are redesigning the service and looking to appoint an early years specialist to lead and manage the Early Years and Childcare Improvement Team.  The team provides high quality support, advice, challenge and training to enable children in the London Borough of Redbridge to reach their full potential.   

The role includes providing strategic vision, leadership and direction to raise standards and drive forward continuous quality improvement in the Early Years Foundation Stage leading to improving outcomes for young children and their families.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated and have energy, diplomacy, a commitment to partnership working and excellent interaction and communication skills.
