This is an exciting time for the London Borough of Redbridge, we are at the heart of regeneration and change in East London, with unprecedented investment in the area expected in the next few years and Cross Rail will open up new opportunities for new homes and jobs.  We benefit from excellent transport links across London and Essex and our offices, based in Ilford, are only 9 minutes from Stratford and 18 minutes from Liverpool Street, in the heart of the city.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate knowledge of financial monitoring and deliver a comprehensive range of services.  Strong communication skills along with using initiative will be required. Building links with different departments that support Direct Payments will be key to enable excellent service delivery to service users.

The Technical Support Administrator will deal with all Direct Payment enquiries, support the financial reconciliation process and advise and guide service users on their Direct Payments. 

You will also need to have effective IT skills, including advance excel skills.
