We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the FM Operations team.

Responsible to the FM Operations Manager, you will be part of a team that provides support to the day to day operation of Wandsworth principal office buildings ensuring effective fulfilment and monitoring of the soft Facilities Management workload. Duties include but are not limited to; Post Room work and Mail deliveries/collections, Courier service, Office moves, Meeting room set-ups, MFD operational servicing and other Operational FM services.

We seek team players that will have a customer facing role dealing with internal and external customers such as staff members, councillors and contractors. You will need to have strong focus on customer service, practical skills and service delivery. Driving experience is highly desirable.

You will work in the Facilities Management Operations Team delivering support services within the operational hours of 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Saturday. You will have the ability to work effectively as an enthusiastic and motivated member of the team with a flexible and adaptable approach to managing your own workload in support of the team objectives.
