The Post

In our Children & Adult Social Care team we are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to support the work within the team, including having conduct of their own case load of private law applications: section 7 and 37 reports, preparation of court bundles using electronic bundling system, preparing part 25 applications, conducting police protocol request and administratively managing the request for disclosure of social care files.   

The Person

We are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant used to working in a busy office with strong organisational skills to assist lawyers in the team to progress cases, draft applications and prepare matters for the Family and High Court.

The work will be varied and provide experience across many interesting legal fields within Child Protection.
