Service Desk Engineer
A role is available with Camden as a Service Desk Engineer to support the provision of a professional service desk function and act as the routine contact point receiving and handling requests for support.
Within this role you will follow agreed procedures, identify, register and categorise incidents as well as respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil requests or enable resolution.
You will also contribute to creation of support documentation and provide first line investigation and diagnosis and promptly allocate unresolved incidents and problems as appropriate.
This role is subject to a DBS Enhanced Check.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have a BSc in relevant discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Proficient in understanding the IT/ IS infrastructure, operating systems, configurations and the IT applications and service processes used within the organisation.
You will also be aware of service level agreements (SLA’s); the relationship between an SLA, an OLA and an underpinning contract for the supply of services.
This is a really good role for someone who wants to learn and develop their skills.
