Exchequer Officer (Maternity Cover)
The Council’s Accountancy Service are looking for a dedicated and flexible person to join the Exchequer Team to cover Maternity Leave. Applicants must have knowledge of using an Income system and be experienced in cash/accounting environment.
Working in a team of 9 staff you would be required to be versatile whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail with a consistent approach in a friendly but pressured environment. You will need the ability to display initiative and self-motivation as well as a commitment to team working.
This will be a 12 month contract and you will be required to work 25 hours per week working 5 days between Monday to Friday, our current member of staff works 9.30am – 2.30pm, but we can be flexible on these hours.
