It's exciting times at Riverside Leisure Centre with a brand new centre set to open in Spring 2019 and we need you to get on board and help us make this a success. Every member of staff plays their role, working within a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. If you are interested in a career in leisure and are passionate about delivering the best customer service, then we have the job for you.

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated individual to lead a team of Lifeguards.  With previous supervisory experience, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the pools complex and be passionate about ensuring our customers have a safe and fun time.  You will work as part of a team, providing a professional, friendly and welcoming environment and be responsible for the health and safety our customers.  You will take pride in the poolside facilities, by conducting cleaning duties, ensuring brand standards are met and setting up and taking down equipment.

Applicants must hold the National Pool Lifeguard qualification.

The position is offered on a full-time basis,working 37 hours per week, working shifts to cover the opening hours of the centre, from 5.00am to 11.00pm, including weekends and bank holidays.
