About the role:
We are looking for two customer service professionals to join a new Customer Service Team that works across face to face, telephone and digital channels. You will help us deliver new ways of working that put customers at the heart of the organisation; ensuring that customers are served right first time.
If you have the passion and experience to deliver excellent customer service and advocate on behalf of our residents then we would like to hear from you. You will have good IT and communication skills and be flexible to meet the changing demands of our residents. We are looking for a team player who can work with other services to deliver improvements to customer journeys.
