Have you got experience working with Aids and Adaptations? If so we have an exciting opportunity for a Home Improvement Agency Officer (an experienced Building Surveyor/Housing Grants Officer).
You will be working as part of a busy team delivering major adaptations from basic bathroom adaptations to building bedroom/wetroom extensions, access ramping etc, to mixed tenure properties. This will include carrying out surveys, feasibility studies and schedules of work. You will also be required to produce Computer Aided Design (CAD) drawings where necessary and oversee contractors. You will have experience of delivering similar works and be experienced at measuring, designing and overseeing building works.
You must be customer focused and be able to work with limited supervision.
