Job Details
The newly opened Riverside Leisure Centre boasts fantastic facilities offering a range of great value memberships. We’re looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, team player to help ensure we continue to grow our existing membership levels. You'll be comfortable working to KPI's and working under pressure to exceed sales targets.
You'll enjoy speaking to people both face to face and on the telephone and able to build rapport with people of all ages and personalities. You'll be proactive in generating your own leads, organised and have a can-do attitude.
If you're hungry for success, love a challenge and are keen to develop your sales skills further we want to hear from you. You'll receive full training and all the marketing tools and support you need to make an impact.
You'll be working as be part of a team in a fast-paced environment, who work hard and have fun. This role is full time, working 37 hours per week. Flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business; you will be required to work evenings and weekends.
