We are in search of an Assistant Director who is an experienced practice leader with the drive and ambition to deliver successful and sustainable services. Assistant Director Adult Social Care Operations
In the newly formed directorate you will be part of a new senior leadership team that has embarked on an ambitious transformation programme. This will put the directorate at the forefront of strength and asset based approaches to adult social care. You will have a strong track record in running a range of adult social care services, delivering cultural change and innovation, as well as demonstrating a strong commitment to working in partnership and collaboration. You will act as the Principal Social Worker shaping our practice that recognises people’s strengths and networks. You will lead the three operational divisions which include Prevention and Early Help, All Age Disability and Adult and Older Peoples Mental Health and Personalisation and Long Term Support, and will be central to leadership across the health and care system shaping place based and locality working in Calderdale.
