Enterprise Partnership Officer (Infrastructure)
Full time – Fixed Term until March 2021 with the potential to extend.
Location: Northallerton or York

We are seeking an Enterprise Partnership Officer (infrastructure) to join a team of experienced project managers in delivering a multimillion pound programme of capital infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include working closely with a range of partners delivering projects, deliver a range of projects from transport schemes, housing and employment sites and flood management schemes. You will also bring forward ideas for future projects. You will also be expected to travel across Yorkshire.
This role will give you the opportunity to be innovative, creative, be part of a supportive team as well as making a real difference to the development of the economy of York, North Yorkshire and East riding.
This is a challenging but very rewarding role as no two days are the same, you will learn to see government impact on the ground, and will be working on social and cultural issues which will make a difference to the people of North Yorkshire.
To be successful you must:
- be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience.
- have experience in project Management.
- have significant experience in economic development or business development.
- proven track record of partnership working.
- ability to engage, influence and effect change, understanding the key drivers for successful communication.
