We have a fantastic opportunity for a Children’s Data Analyst/Management Information Officer to work within our Quality Assurance Team. 

Within this role you will support the performance development, information and analysis service within the children’s Social Work Service by supporting and improving processes around data capture, analysis and the production of statistical performance relating to operational activity, ensuring timely and accurate production of management information. You will be required to collate, manage and analyse data from various teams and services across the directorate, as well as  and subsequent production of information reports for the purpose of service performance and the improvement of outcomes for children and young people in Camden.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and will require an Enhanced DBS.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate good experience of performance management within a children’s social work service. You will have advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and reporting programmes to aid in producing performance and statistical data. The candidate will have great attention to detail and ability to research and analyse complex information with good accuracy. You will also be highly driven to achieving results to set deadlines and able to communicate with different stakeholders both verbally and writing.

Ideally, this person will have previous experience of using the MOSAIC Framework-I case management system and understanding the remit of tasks required in order to fulfil the data and research requirement in a children’s social work service.
