A Regeneration and Planning Consultant is required for a 6 - 9 month assignment with our local authority client.
We are seeking an experienced regeneration project manager to work on a number of live projects. The regeneration portfolio includes master-planning, town centre regeneration, housing growth, funding and bid writing including work with Homes England, as well as capital project design and delivery.
We are looking for individuals who have experience in one or more of these disciplines as part of large-scale regeneration programmes, and who are keen to work as part of an ambitious team. You will be flexible, organised, and enjoy working at pace. .
