Employment Advisor (Community Connections), Realise Futures Salary £22,950 full time equivalent (FTE) - rising to £24,300 FTE following successful completion of 6 month probation period.
29.6 or 37 hours per week, fixed term until December 2021
Realise Futures are looking for an Employment Advisor based in either our Colchester or Chelmsford office. The post holder will be working as part of the 'Community Connections' Building Better Opportunities programme, supporting people who have difficulty sustaining employment, to move towards and into work.
The role will be to support participants to develop their potential, achieve their ambitions and find the right job for them by providing individually tailored employment support.To us, your attitude and personality matter as much as what's on your CV as we are looking for initiative, creativity, energy and determination.
These posts are funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and Community Fund.
We are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments individuals may require in the recruitment process, or on commencement of post. This position requires countywide travel and therefore access to a vehicle is essential. The ability to work flexible hours may also be required.
