We are looking for a Trainee Technical Services Engineer to join our ICT & Digital Team.

Since 2010, Public Sector Partnership Services have been delivering services for East Lindsey and South Holland District Councils and having just secured another 10 year contract, we now have an ambitious transformation plan that will seek to digitise and transform the services we offer.

The Position

An exciting opportunity has become available in our ICT Technical Services team working towards  providing day to day support and maintenance of our Clients ICT infrastructure and services.  As a trainee member of the team you will have had some previous experience supporting customers in a busy and challenging ICT environment.  The role will require a positive and proactive approach and the successful candidate will engage with our clients and suppliers to enable maintenance and delivery of ICT technical solutions.

You will have some understanding of virtualisation products, ideally VMware and have a basic understanding of Microsoft technologies, such as Active Directory and Exchange.  Knowledge of Telephony, Networking solutions, or Office 365 would also be beneficial.

The Company has delivered savings in the region of £23m, through the collaboration and sharing of services over the last 10 years and the future contract will see an additional saving of £9m to 2030.
