Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity for a Case Coordinator to join our specialist team within Business Support Service. 

In this role you will be supporting officers to manage the flow of complaints and Member enquiries coming into the council whilst maintaining confidentiality and observing data protection guidelines in line with GDPR at all times. 

You will provide advice, guidance and support to services on responding to formal enquiries within a framework of policies and procedures and also contribute to the monitoring of performance and compliance by producing accurate reports from the case management systems as required.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

You will be an extremely customer-focused individual who has experience of developing good relationships with various teams and services across the organisation, resolving issues and providing advice as required in a diplomatic and confidential way.

You will also be an experienced problem solver who can work on their own initiative and with others and possess excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.

Your skills with information systems and software packages and their practical application will mean that you are able to confidently collate, analyse and present data along with the ability to identify improvements to processes and systems.

You will also have knowledge of the Data Protection Act 2018, General Data Protection Regulation and all subordinate legislation.
