Its new Council Strategy 2019-2024 outlines big ambitions for the future, including ongoing development of the Local Plan, implementing a Carbon Management Strategy, delivering a major regeneration project, “Transform Leatherhead”, and the launch of “Opportunity Dorking,” a new initiative which aims to promote the culture and economy of Dorking.
