Job Details
An exciting opportunity has opened for an exceptional Events and Weddings Executive to join the busy team at Hylands Estate, Chelmsford.
As a crucial member of the Events and Weddings Team you will be coordinating a variety of hires including; weddings, corporate bookings and events.
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience in a customer facing role, including experience of dealing with a diverse range of customers specifically building and maintaining relationships and responding to enquiries. It would be great if you have experience of co-ordinating and marketing events and weddings, but full training will be provided. The successful candidate will also have proven experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite including managing a booking system and the ability to maintain an exceptional customer journey with hirers.
You must demonstrate:
Excellent organisational and time management skills and a commitment to customer care
The ability to remain positive whilst meeting tight deadlines under pressure
Exceptional communication skills including on the telephone, via email and face to face Flexible approach to working hours to suit the business needs
