Our Advisory Service for Autism are looking to recruit two permanent members of staff to our new service; an Autism Assessment Coordinator (part time) and a Key Administrative Officer (part time). In your application please indicate what role/s you would like to be considered for.

What does the service do?

Our Advisory Service for Autism is a multi- professional service providing advice and support to families and education settings in meeting the needs of children and young people with autism.

What will your role be?

Autism Assessment Coordinator

  • You will act as the single point of contact for families and young people going through the multi-disciplinary assessment process. Supporting with the collection of assessment information and prioritising cases for assessment.

Key Administrative Officer

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the effective and efficient administration of the work of the service, managing the referral process, coordinating training and professional’s visits to education settings and communicating with parents/ carers, education settings and other local authority officers.
