Fleet Services are seeking to recruit one Driver/Workshop Assistant, based at our Waterfall Lane Depot in Cradley Heath. Ideal candidates will have experience in vehicle valeting, applying vehicle graphics, pre-use vehicle checks. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, practical and logical approach to tasks.

All Candidates must:

• Hold a clean, full category C driving licence. C1 will not be accepted for this role
• Hold a up to date drivers CPC/DQC (driver qualification card)

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Undertake driving duties when required
• Present vehicles for MOT
• Valet vehicles
• Assist vehicle workshop, stores and management as and when required
• Use of specialist equipment (Forklift)
• Undertake minor building repairs within capabilities
• Undertake inspections on tools, equipment, workshop and depot in line with Health and Safety requirements

Working Hours

37 hours per week on a weekly rolling shift pattern

Week One

06:00 – 14:00 on Mon/Thurs  and 06:00 – 13:30 Fri

Week Two

10:00 – 18:00 on Mon/Thurs and 10:30 – 18:00 Fri

Salary

£20,344 - £23,836 +10% shift allowance
