The salary range for the respective employers is as follows:

Local Authority: £86,743 ‐ £92,523

Health Board – 8d: £73,936 ‐ £86,687

Are you the right person to lead the transformation of our Community Services?  We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful leadership, innovation and strategic management across Health and Social Care. Employed directly by either the Health Board or the Local Authority you will be accountable to the Statutory Director of Social Services and the County Director both organisations managing Integrated Services that include Health and Social Care.  You will know what first class services look like and be clear how you will manage the unprecedented demand for Health and Social Care that Carmarthenshire is facing.  Good inter-personal skills and the ability to manage operational delivery across professional disciplines will be essential.

Conversational Welsh is required to accomplish this post. Support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
