This is an exciting new role that has been established for a two year period in our busy and growing contracts team, primarily to support the delivery of the council’s South Kilburn regeneration programme which aims to transform South Kilburn into a sustainable and mixed neighbourhood and create a real sense of place and belonging.

The Person

As an experienced senior contracts lawyer, you will have a sound understanding and extensive experience of regeneration projects, procurement regulations and statutory processes that apply within local government.  You will have specific expertise in advising on construction and other regeneration related contracts. You will be a strong team player, able to play an effective influencing role in project teams, with enthusiasm for the project that will be the primary focus of this role.
