We are delighted to announce further opportunities that have arisen within our Occupational Therapy teams.  We are looking for highly motivated individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills.

You will work as part of a fast-paced, vibrant and dynamic team as well as autonomously, frequently using your initiative.

The successful Occupational Therapists will support citizens who have recently been discharged from hospital to their home with the vision of Home First.   The team supports with improving the citizens independence with rehabilitation, provision of simple equipment and minor and major adaptations to ensure they are safe at home.  The role will also involve developing partnership working with colleagues in the NHS and working autonomously and as part of the MDT.

You may also have opportunities to develop skills in a range of specialisms for example in provision of Disabled Facilities Grant assessments, specialist equipment and enablement programmes and Single Handed Care for citizens aged 18+. In addition to this the team undertake partnership working with discretionary Blue Badge Services, Learning Disabilities, Transitions and Housing.  There are a variety of CPD activities available to support your development.

All applicants must have State registration with the HCPC.  All newly qualified Occupational Therapists and students in final year are welcome to apply. Previous applicants need not apply.
