We are looking to recruit 2 full time (37 hours) permanent Social Workers in the Blackheath and Rowley Community Social Work Team. 

The area teams work with adults from 25 years and above.  The successful candidate should be flexible, innovative and have an up to date knowledge and experience of legislation and policies in the social care arena. The teams are looking for qualified social workers with a current professional registration with SWE.

In addition, you should be competent in applying a strengths-based approach to assessment and support planning and be able to support customers to meet their assessed outcomes and maximise their independence by utilising community resources and universal services.

Hours

37 hours per week

You will be required to work the core hours of the business, Monday to Thursday 9.00-5.30 pm and Fridays 9.00-5.00pm.
