Position Over view

Royal Greenwich Tenancy Services is looking to recruit Tenancy Enforcement Assistants to support the provision of a comprehensive, high quality customer focused range of services. Specifically encouraging and supporting community engagement, ensuring residents are able to benefit from the peaceful enjoyment of a well-cared for environment. To carry out patrols on Housing Estates, to create high visibility and to deter anti-social behaviour through effective enforcement. To form part of the tenancy enforcement strategy and will work in conjunction with the Tenancy Enforcement Teams.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who have an interest in the environment with good customer service skills, flexible approach to work and a good team player. You must be able to work under pressure in challenging circumstances.
