Fixed-term 18-month contract.
 
Based at the Council Offices in Coalville, this is an exciting opportunity for somebody to join the Council and work on our busy ICT Service desk. Our ICT Business Support Analysts provide support covering a wide range of office and local government software applications and a broad range of the latest ICT technologies, hardware and cloud based applications.

The successful candidate will be providing first and second line IT support to our user base across the Council including users working remotely. You will need to have excellent customer service skills and have studied ICT or have been part of an ICT team or supported an ICT project for at least 2 years. Additionally you need a good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 support and administration. 

You will need to have excellent verbal communication skills to support your customer care skills and as well as being able to work independently you also need to be a good team player, communicating well with your colleagues and others within the team.
