Sandwell Valley Country park are looking for a suitably experienced gardener to join its existing workforce.

You will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of Dartmouth Park as well as supporting the existing teams at the Country Park.

You should have a good knowledge of formal parkland management, be able to develop the park horticulturally, an ability to work closely with the existing friend’s group, liaise with members of the public and manage a small team to improve the upkeep of one of Sandwell’s most prestigious parks.

You’ll need to demonstrate knowledge and experience in formal bedding, planting schemes, horticultural equipment and grounds maintenance.

Hours

37 hours per week
